Hinsdale South´s collaboration with Dunkin Donuts for their 60th anniversary released the limited refresher:  ¨Hornet Drink¨  which is available from August 15th to December 31st, 2025.The ¨Hornet Drink¨ deemed after Hinsdale South´s mascot is only made at the Dunkin Donuts at the intersection of Plainfield and Cass, nearby the school. This special Dunkin´ refresher was included with a gift card for the Hinsdale South student body guaranteeing any medium refresher from Dunkin Donuts for three dollars. 

The limited-time drink itself has a slightly acidic, pineapple and limey flavor to it, distinguishing it from many other sweeter drinks at Dunkin. With the access from the gift card, students are more likely to show their pride and get the drink, with many students coming to school holding a bright orange Dunkin cup proud to be a Hornet. While the reception of the drink´s flavoring is varied, having a partnership with a widely known food chain makes many overjoyed to be attending a school who’s getting further recognition for its long history.
