After a free throw and two layups Amelia Lavorato hit 1000 career points in the first quarter.
Though despite this huge accomplishment she thinks this game was important because everyone scored and the bench got to play the entire second half. She remarks “the bench does so much for our team.” Lavorato is not only is a great shooter, but a team player.
