I’ve finally accomplished my quest to find the PERFECT chocolate chip cookie recipe! I made these Bakery Style Chocolate Chip cookies once with my friends, and then I continued to make them time and time again. These cookies were SO GOOD and they were thick, FILLED with chocolate chips, and managed to have perfectly crunchy corners yet preserve their soft and gooey interior.

Before the pandemic rolled around, I made these cookies with some friends and we watched Aladdin together (sounds like a good post-pandemic hangout idea, right?). Even after watching the movie, the remaining cookies on our tray were still soft and didn’t harden into rocks! This would make a great cookie recipe for the holiday season, as it preserves its texture and flavor profiles despite being left out for a few hours.
